Born and raised in the Vietnamese city of Hanoi, Right is a rapper who discovered his love for hip-hop as a student. He started his rap career in 2015 when he established the RhymeZone Freestyle Rap community; a safe space for Vietnamese youngsters to share their common passion for rap. It didn’t take long for his community to attract attention and recognition from the local hip-hop scene when he won his first rap battle competition, “You Are Talented” in Vietnam. This eventually propelled him right into the King of Rap Vietnamese TV show in 2020.
In 2023, he participated in Rap Viet, receiving four golden hats from the judges and securing the runner-up position. He also released the music video for “VẪN,” which garnered 1 million views in just 3 days and made its way to the top of YouTube’s Music Trending and Vietnam’s Spotify Chart. Additionally, during the same year, he embarked on tours across Europe, Australia, and the USA.
